Reed & Co. Neo Yuzu New World Dry Gin

A great rosé and one to pull out when you're looking to impress in a subtle, this ain’t my first rosé-deo, and you don’t need to spend a heap to get quality. Full of white cherry, watermelon rind, lavender and some sublime nectarine, this is dry and crispy from start to finish. Enjoy it, but keep an eye on everyone's glass, you might have to finish before some of them to guarantee yourself seconds.

Fenêtre Lavande Rosé 2022

The ripeness of Hilltops' fruit is doing nothing but favours to this Tempranillo. Gloriously medium-to-full bodied in the glass with layers of sarsaparilla and cola nut meeting lovely herbaceous edges and a wash of leathery tannins.

Linear Tempranillo 2022

It doesn't get more classic than this. Beautifully balanced and perfect in a G&T with a slice of lime—why overcomplicate it? (700ml) 40% ABV

Lifted and aromatic on the nose before a layered and textural palate with fleshy raspberry, wild strawberry, and spice while remaining a fresher expression of the variety.

Thistledown Gorgeous Grenache 2022

Reddish amber in colour, this Bavarian brew is unique and wonderful. With yummy yeast and fruit notes on the nose, this beer drinks crispy, like a true weisse beer typical of Maisel. (500ml) 5.1% ABV

Maisel Weisse Hefeweisse

Delightfully pink in the glass with hints of rhubarb, strawberry yogurt and lemon wafting from the glass. Inside the glass, it's bright, fresh, and fruity with notes of tart strawberry, raspberry and some lemon myrtle. Goes great with handfuls of salt and vinegar crisps. (375ml) 3.5% ABV

This year's iteration is made with a blend of Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Sylvaner from upper King Valley sites and continues VS&B's interpretations of Austria's Gemischter Satz style of white blends. Staying true to the style, this is dry, refreshing and crisp as ever—find a spot in the sun for this one.

Vignerons Schmölzer and Brown Prêt À Blanc 2022

Refreshment by the sun-kissed can! A creamy and moreish kettle sour brewed with locally grown, organic lemon zest and juice before being finished on vanilla. Yum! (355ml) 3.5% ABV

Sailors Grave Lemon Meringue Cream Sour

Pennyweight is a small traditional winery, owned and operated by the 4th and 5th generation Morris family winemakers. It comprises two certified organic / biodynamic, dry land vineyards situated in the Beechworth and Rutherglen wine regions, producing a range of solely estate grown table and fortified wines including apera (sherry). Average 3 years in solero. A dry, straw coloured sherry, with a subtle fragrance of flor yeast, reminiscent of green apples, which carries through onto the palate. The finish is light and delicate. (375ml) 18.5% ABV

Pennyweight Constance Fino

Textural green pears and a volcanic sulphur note that gives just crumbly edge of reductiveness which’ll be gone by your second glass. This is punchy and a chiseled with a long line of acidic drive. Yum.

Villa Raiano Fiano de Avellino 2022

A flowing Chablis full of depth over the palate with a round acidity that we could drink every day. Subtle green apple notes and some white blossom intertwine with that iconic cold stone wash.

Thierry Laffay Chablis Premier Cru Vaillon 2021

If you weren't already pepped for summer, a glass of this will get ya right there! Made with a fruit salad of Italian varieties grown by the good folk at Chalmers, there's lots of moreish watermelon rind in the glass—we're talking the whole pink-to-white to-green spectrum—with pink grapefruit and plenty of fizz. If you need us, we'll be at the park with plenty of Positive Energy.

Positive Energy Pét-Nat Rosé Blackhearts x Chalmers 2023

Bunchy structure and a good bit of intensity this year. The goodness starts when you breathe in all the red cherries before it coats your palate and colours your world with delicate flavours and savoury tannins. Will age very well.

Marco Lubiana Huon & Derwent Pinot Noir 2023

Full of poise and delicate balance, and flavoursome white nectarine, citrus and pink grapefruit notes layered with a fine acidity and a long finish. Brilliant and very special, just like the Derwent pencil set I was never allowed to draw with as a child.
