A fantastic entry into the Chardonnay of Eastern Peake made with fruit from five vineyards across Western Victoria. A savoury expression of the variety, with subtle herbaceous notes and an oxidative leaning on the nose that carry onto the chewy phenolic palate with touches of oxidative salinity, and saline laced acidity with mealy almond husk and a faint impression of white stone fruit. This one’s a good time with some soft plummy goodness and a little cherry brightness, but also a lovely sweet Shirazy spice that kicks late for interest and is always interesting. Grazie Kate!

De Bortoli Chill No Chill Pinot Noir Syrah 2023

Classic as can be and an absolute treat! Made with a blend of Shiraz and Cab Sauv that was picked a little later, this shows plenty of character from both varieties. Cassis and green herbs meet jubey fruits, plush, small berries and hints of mocha chocolate in the glass. If you can bear to wait, this is a great bottle to pull out at the holidays!

Max & Me The House Blend Shiraz Cabernet 2021

The ripeness of Hilltops' fruit is doing nothing but favours to this Tempranillo. Gloriously medium-to-full bodied in the glass with layers of sarsaparilla and cola nut meeting lovely herbaceous edges and a wash of leathery tannins.

Linear Tempranillo 2022

Featuring gently bitter flavours from gentian and barberry, along with a hint of sugar for a well-balanced pre-dinner aperitif. So why the name 'Beetlejuice'? Well, its carmine colour in part comes from the cochineal bug, which is known to take hold of prickly pear cacti in its native habitat in Central America. (500ml) 19.3% ABV

If the words "easy-drinking BBQ wine" pique your interest, you're going to want to pay close attention to this! A Tempranillo with a splash of Graciano that's all cherries. Super bright red cherries and spice on the nose lead to cherry ripe characters on the palate, with a crack of black pepper and a nice smidge of tannin. Delicious.

Lifted and aromatic on the nose before a layered and textural palate with fleshy raspberry, wild strawberry, and spice while remaining a fresher expression of the variety.

Oscar Hermann has done it again, folks! Made with an even split of fruit from Oscar's own vineyard along with half from Yering Hill. Delicate berries, cranberry and some rosehip character come together in this too-easily-drinkable, fine style of rosé.
