Jayden Ong – a siren that ushers flavour, dare and skill. 2022 in the Moonlit Forest is all about amaro edges, redcurrant and blood orange juiciness. There’s a good amount of bitter snap too – sounds like a little bit of the maker’s charm went into the wine.

Fruit is from four growers (he’s one), that farm all over west/central Victoria before the fruit gets whole bunch fermentation and 9 months on lees.
