A youthful Shiraz awaits! All wound up but will uncoil nicely in your glass while keeping just an edge of compactness. If you want, you can give it a couple of years to really develop and blossom a wider bouquet of peppery spice, blackberry and genuine tannin. A gifting wine if there ever was one.

Fluffy and softly red fruited with foamy, but still crunchy, red apples and just a little berry goodness, there’s some nice complexity here. It’s kept on lees to this day, so get ready for a lick of herby perfection. Shines at a house party and is radiant in the park.

Rich and biscuity upfront with stone fruit and a little Dutch cream, finishing fresh with a snap of green apple. This blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Poulsard and Savagnin was made using Méthode Traditionelle and spent two years on lees, and it's the perfect sparkling to celebrate with. Cheers!

Aromatic lemon blossom at the fore intermingles with fresh, fine acidity, some meal and a nice little bit of phenolic grip. We don't need to tell you to pair this with oysters... but pair this with oysters!

Mercer Wines Picpoul 2023

This carefully handcrafted wine boasts purity in spades and is overflowing with character and charm. Fruit for this wine came from a unique vineyard overlooking the Goulburn River, sitting on rich alluvial soils in an area that’s home to many retired volcanoes—Dane has told us more than once that the quality of fruit from this spot is incredible! The Syrah is a blend of two separate ferments, which both underwent semi-carbonic maceration with 10 days on skins. In the glass, expect bright and lifted fruit flavours, with intermingling notes of bramble berries, boysenberry, and raspberry coulis. There’s a fresh acidity and energy to the wine that make it perfect for summertime drinking. It’s fantastic as is, but if we were you, we’d chuck this one on ice before drinking.
