A real life super wine that’s lovely and ripe, but sustains a lot of cool climate tension – depth. Expect plenty of minerality and a crisp finish that gives you slivers of grapefruit and citrus in a bright package that are breathtaking now, but will become more velvety with age.

One of the best white Burgundy’s we’ve had in a long time! Most of the fruit is from Meursault, with some from surrounding communes where things are a little richer, but there’s a perfect amount of acidity, fruit and tannin. Pair with fancy cheese and one other person – at the most.

A melange of 12 clones from 7 parcels within the same vineyard making for a complex Pinot with opaque aromatics. Flavours are rose and earthy with a little pepperberry and saline. Brilliant tonight, but will also age well if you’re patient.

Siren Wine High Priestess Pinot Noir 2022

Light and delicate. There’s a lot of subtlety and nuance here and everything runs pure thanks to most fruits being destemmed and only a week on skins. It’s chilled red with an undertone of earthiness that’s alive with strawberry and pomegranate.

Texture and a clean, talcy feel that’s flowy with white nectarine, lime and passionfruit flowers. There’s some versatility here meaning it’ll handle spicy food very well and elevate packet dumplings into fine cuisine.

Bright, lovely and age-worthy. It’s Chianti from a master and vines that average 40 years in age. Look for a delicate cherries and plums that flow with some savoury spices and a flick of tobacco. There's also some crisp acidity that’ll cut right through a Tuscan t-bone, or Bistecca all Fiorentina for those of you who "parla Italiano". Yum.

Life changing Chardonnay. Flinty with a fine line of citrus-led acidity and tension that keeps going and is so pure. We feel like decanters don’t get enough love when it comes to white wines but most fit perfectly in the fridge door.
