A lot of Moscatos miss the balance trick, but this one has it down – floral on the nose then fresh with citrus peels and a little sugary fizz that stays grounded thanks to some nice acidity. Would be perfect with Pannecotta, or if your AC's out this summer and you need something super refreshing.
