Red raspberries, currants and cherries. There’s a sweetness and welcoming charm, but with an undertow of raspy tannin and energised acidity. Like the Kim Gordan and Thurston Moore combo, it’s about layers and discovery with deep twiggy spices, that seem rinsed in cola-nuttiness, there too.

The Ghost guys have really hit their straps with this one, it’s all blood plum and blackberries eaten on the farm, fresh from the pickers’ hands. There’s also some elevating black pepper spice and tannins that develop on the palate.
