Fermented in stainless to keep things clean and pure, there are generous red fruits flavours, a divine dried currant edginess, and just a note of that trademark alpine spice. ‘Ndom is Trentino dialect for ‘let’s go’, so cheers!

Sweet, plummy fruits and a loose-knit texture. It’s LoFi and a little funky but it’s Shiraz for all in our opinion, you just need to be open to a different take. Pour for blue fruits, sage and tapenade that warm the soul. Drink it on the couch with a good movie and better friends.

A & C Ainsworth Saddleback Syrah 2024

Spends three years under flor and comes out all oxidative and super punchy with turmeric, curry leaf and chamomile spices. There’s also plenty of salinity and some driving acidity.

Drier style with just a lil’ residual sugar for balance and extra tastiness. This is a generous Riesling made by winemakers who seem to offer so much. Profile is a flurry of lime, slate, quinine, and some mountain herbs. So pure!
