The blend was destemmed and left to ferment for four weeks, resulting in a long and soft palate that’s full of citrussy tang, some oxidative salinity and drinks with a pine-lime-Splice-sorbet sort of vibe.

Teroldego has a lot of loyal fans who are going to love this Heathcote rendition. Fermented in stainless to keep things clean and pure, there are generous red fruits flavours, a divine dried currant edginess, and just a note of that trademark alpine spice. ‘Ndom is Trentino dialect for ‘let’s go’, so cheers!

L'appel Wines NDOM Teroldego 2024

Sweet, plummy fruits and a loose-knit texture. It’s LoFi and a little funky but it’s Shiraz for all in our opinion, you just need to be open to a different take. Pour for blue fruits, sage and tapenade that warm the soul. Drink it on the couch with a good movie and better friends.

A & C Ainsworth Saddleback Syrah 2024

Pillowy and long. Adored by our staff at a recent training night. This feels like napping on a giant, juicy berry. Wine was fermented 100% whole bunch and very gently caressed, rather than agitated. Very inviting for light red lovers but big and velvety for bolder variety drinkers too.

A & C Ainsworth Landsborough Grenache 2024

Spends three years under flor and comes out all oxidative and super punchy with turmeric, curry leaf and chamomile spices. There’s also plenty of salinity and some driving acidity.

Municipal Flor Savagnin 2021

This feels minerally and delivers bitter herbs, some whole bunch snap, and delicate berries. Brilliant now and after some time in your cellar.

This has tension and a high-toned nose that lifts aromatics into close focus. Full of citrus and some herbs that drive long and lean thanks to all the brisk acidity. LoFi Chardonnay lovers will be in heaven!

Squishy, full-blooded fruits that keep lively thanks to some rose water/potpourri notes. Taken from 20-year-old vines, and grown in a good but challenging season, there’s real concentration and some genuine savoury tannin here.

Schmolzer & Brown High Altitude Nebbiolo 2024

A wet December/January and a dry February made for lush vines and healthy clusters leading to a lively, expressive blend. It’s just one more reason to love Airlie Bank. Profile is delicate, minerally and layered with subtle spices and charming boysenberries and raspberries.

Airlie Bank GG Grenache Gamay 2024

Deliciously tart cherries and some papery tannins. They say taste is subjective, but this posits a compelling argument for the contrary – it’s that delicious. Everyone will (more than likely) love it.
