This is the second bottling of Jayden Ong's seriously good Skinsy Gris, with this batch spending an extra few months on skins before mellowing out in a barrel for a few months longer. The result is a little more relaxed with an even more accessible texture, lightly spiced notes and dialled-up orange amaro characters.
