A complex and well-balanced Grenache provides a sense of comfort, especially during the winter months.
Where are you heading when you want comfort but don’t feel like hosting?
To the Victory Hotel at Sellick’s Beach in South Australia for a couple of pints, amazing food and a very good wine selection.
What’s your go-to dish when you want to impress your guests?
Dry-aged beef cooked on charcoal with lots of salt and a special sauce. Either a red wine jus, chimichurri or cowboy butter.
