A brilliant wine for the money. Think deep, sweet red fruits and some liquorice root that gives all the comforting weight and richness. There’s also enough savoury tannic bite and bright acidity for it to be perfect for salami.

Super fresh, clean, and golden. Be cautious who you share a 10-pack with, you might find yourself enduring exaggerated and meandering tales of sporting ‘triumphs’. Don’t worry though, the beer is crispy fresh, delicious and pours a lovely colour which you can distract yourself with.

Summer was pretty mild in Perth over 2022-23, so these grapes got a long ripening meaning plenty of depth and balance. There is a small portion of new oak to deepen the palate and bring cacao nib, liquorice root and blue fruits. It is svelte and supple and perfect for the Syrah drinkers in your life.

Sweet blackberry with a smidge of pepper. It’s bold and full but balanced and at this price, it’s a delicious no-brainer after a day in or out of the office.

Cassis flavours and bright with dense virid leaves and elderflower blossoms dotted throughout and some ripe citrus. It’s a cornucopia of flavours that goes perfectly with a splash of (flavoured?) tonic over ice, or a spritz of your creation – we suggest something with a little bitter lemon.

Saison Aperitifs Blackcurrant Leaf Amaro

A real life super wine that’s lovely and ripe, but sustains a lot of cool climate tension – depth. Expect plenty of minerality and a crisp finish that gives you slivers of grapefruit and citrus in a bright package that are breathtaking now, but will become more velvety with age.
