Excellent Schioppettino from the Chalmers Heathcote Vineyard! Destemmed with 25 days on skins, then a further 5 months maturation in old oak barrels - wild fermented, unfined, unfiltered, and no sulphur additions. This is pure berry juice, full of ribena, blackcurrant, a light smoky note, light grip, and great spice. You're gonna want two bottles of this one!
